Local Number Porting (keeping your existing business numbers):
We will look to port your existing numbers that you promote or use (usually the main number and possibly a fax number).
There are 2 types of number porting for normal numbers which is a Simple Port (CatA) and Complex Port (CatC).
“Simple Ports” are where there are no complex services associated to the number (like Line Hunt, ADSL, faxstream, number blocks, etc). (Normally 4-5 business days and cost $33 per porting attempt).
“Complex Ports” are to cater for numbers with complex services and take a lot longer in the porting process between carriers (normally 3-6 weeks and cost $220 once off standard charge for a 100 number block). A number block is considered a complex port.
We also provide new numbers if required for additional monthly hosting charges.
